This notice explains how M3HT4 handles information submitted through the project-update, contact, and voluntary-support features on m3ht4.com.
Last updated: August 22, 2026
Information M3HT4 collects
For project updates, M3HT4 asks for an email address and may accept an optional first name. An address is not added to the M3HT4 Updates segment until the confirmation link is opened and the confirmation button is explicitly selected.
For collaboration, general contact, or security submissions, M3HT4 may receive the name, email address, selected topic, optional public link, and message that the sender chooses to provide.
If a visitor chooses to support M3HT4, the embedded Ko-fi checkout is loaded only after the Support panel is opened. Payment and supporter details are entered into Ko-fi and its payment-provider flow rather than into an M3HT4 payment form. M3HT4 does not collect payment-card details through this site.
How update subscriptions work
The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. After a valid signup request, M3HT4 sends one confirmation email through Resend. Only a confirmed address is added to the M3HT4 Updates segment.
Confirmation tokens are encrypted, expire after one hour, and are removed from the visible browser URL as soon as the confirmation page loads. Project-update broadcasts are manually prepared and sent; subscribing does not start an automated marketing sequence.
How information is used
Subscriber information is used to deliver requested M3HT4 project updates and manage subscription status. Contact-form information is used to review, route, and respond to the submitted message, including responsible security disclosures.
M3HT4 does not sell or rent subscriber email addresses. The current updates design does not rely on open or click tracking. If M3HT4 materially expands email analytics or other data uses, this notice will be updated before that expanded use becomes part of the service.
Service providers
M3HT4 uses Cloudflare for website delivery, server-side form processing, and Turnstile bot protection. M3HT4 uses Resend for email delivery and subscriber/contact management. If a visitor opens the Support panel, M3HT4 loads Ko-fi for voluntary-support checkout; Ko-fi and its connected payment providers process information needed to provide that payment flow. These providers operate under their own privacy terms.
The current architecture does not maintain a separate public subscriber database in the website repository or publish subscriber addresses in site assets. For Ko-fi's own data practices, see its privacy policy.
Retention and your choices
Subscription information is retained while it is needed to provide the requested updates. Recipients may unsubscribe from future broadcasts at any time. An unsubscribe or suppression record may be retained when needed to honor that choice and avoid sending unwanted email again.
Contact and security messages may be retained as reasonably needed to handle correspondence, investigate a report, maintain project records, or meet applicable obligations. To request correction or deletion of information associated with your submission, use the M3HT4 contact path below.
Security
M3HT4 uses reasonable technical controls intended to limit unnecessary exposure, including encrypted service secrets, server-side Turnstile validation, bounded form inputs, double opt-in for updates, and encrypted confirmation tokens. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Future commercial features
If M3HT4 later becomes a formal business or adds paid products or services, customer accounts, behavioral analytics, advertising, or materially different uses of personal information, this notice will be reviewed and updated before those new uses are relied upon. Voluntary support through Ko-fi does not buy access, influence, services, testing authorization, priority, or private M3HT4 material. Commercial email operations will also use the required sender identification and opt-out controls applicable at that time.
Questions or privacy requests
Use the M3HT4 contact form for privacy questions, correction requests, or deletion requests. Do not include passwords, API keys, private telemetry, customer data, or other sensitive material in a submission.
